Description
This affectionately, by hand from full natural stone (Basanit) chiseled dragon, is a pure masterpiece. Most of the sculptures are made from the rock by our artists. The clay minerals contained, mostly chlorides, give the basanite its characteristic greenish shimmering colour. Basanite is a volcanic, greenish rock. The stone gets its characteristic colour from a lot of clay minerals. The small to medium sized indentations in the rock are a characteristic feature and mark the good quality of the natural stone. The sculptures are frost-resistant, but do not tolerate road salt.
