This is a unique piece, a real one-of-a-kind! Sitting Buddha, approx. 80 cm high, Mudra meditation, stone carving, natural stone (river stone), natural finish. The sitting Buddha is made of river stone, a stone similar to granite. This stone is harder than the basanite stone we are used to and can therefore be worked more precisely and in greater detail. Only a few artists have the skills to work this stone into a highlight. Dhyana: The two of hands of this Buddha rests on the knee. “Dhyana” means as much as “connected to contemplation and meditation”.
